NECAA Annual Gala Successfully Held

On the evening of October 11th, the New England Chinese American Alliance (NECAA) Annual Alliance Gala was successfully held at the Boston City Hall Pavilion. Hundreds of guests attended.

The event was graced by the presence of notable figures including

  • Massachusetts Auditor Diana DiZoglio,
  • Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hyder,
  • Assistant District Attorney Linda Champion of Norfolk County,

  • James Colimon, Director of International Affairs and Protocol for the City of Boston,
  • Melissa Lo, Special Assistant to the Boston City Council President,
  • Eduardo Mendez, Chief of Staff to Massachusetts State Representative Lydia Edwards,
  • Mohammed Missouri, Representative from the City of Boston,
  • Henry Santana, candidate for Boston City Councilor-at-Large,

  • Yan Qu and Sam Song, President and Vice President of the Boston Chinese Photography Association (BCPA),
  • Jiaying Qian, Chairperson, and Yang, Co-Chair of the China Music Industry Association (CMI) at Berklee College of Music,
  • among other distinguished guests.

These attendees delivered speeches to express their gratitude to NECAA for its service and dedication to the community since its founding three years ago.

NECAA President Gary Yu delivered the opening speech.

NECAA Co-Chair Hua Wang delivered the vote of thanks.

Mayor Wu presented a certificate of recognition to NECAA.
