Born in Gansu, grew up in Wuhan, I’m a northerner who has southern living habits. I have founded three companies in China. I have been serving as the chairman of two NGOs in the States. In 2013, I came to the United States to accompany my children to high school. After several years of adaptation, I established Westar, a 501C3 organization whose purpose is to serve the Weston community, with a group of enthusiasts living in Weston in 2018. In the early days of COVID-19 in 2020, I worked with more than 50 Chinese associations to coordinate the donation and to deliver a tremendous amount of Personal Protection Equipment to China and to the US later on. NECAA (New England Chinese American Alliance) was founded in November 2020 to keep the momentum and continue the movement. In late 2022, I joined United Chinese American Community Fund as Board of Trustees and the chair of the review committee. I’m a life experiencer, observer, and thinker. I’m looking forward to finding a better self with the help of you all!

In 1996, I worked at Shenzhen Zunlong Electronic Technology Co. Ltd., engaging in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) light painting and design. In 2000, I started my first PCB design company: Aifeiyan Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. In 2005, I founded a PCB production plant: Aifeiyan Circuit. In 2007, the company relocated and expanded its scale, and changed its name to Allfavor Circuits (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. In 2009, Allfavor Circuit acquired Nanjing Benchuan Circuit Co. Ltd. and Nanjing Allfavor Electronic Co. Ltd. became the company’s largest production plant. In 2011, Allfavor acquired Zhuhai Yatu Flexible Printed Circuit Board Factory, renamed it Zhuhai Allfavor Electronic Co. Ltd., expanded Flexible Printed Circuit Board (FPCB) market, and developed the technology of rigid-flex PCB. In 2017, I established Allfavor Technology Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, USA, to develop and expand the US market. In 2021, Jiangsu Benchuan Intelligence Co. Ltd., including its three subsidiaries, became a publicly listed company.
Accompanying two children to study in the United States in 2016, I kept exploring and adjusting the growth of children and myself under two totally different systems and cultures; I encountered Next Jump’s PRT course in 2022, through which I better know, understand, and further improve myself. Also in 2022, I invested in Siloam Vision and partook in its operation, and planned the later hardware production and market development. Passion, boldness, pioneering, and innovation are my life attitudes; living, working, and enterprising in two countries, and constantly meeting a better self are my ideals of life; I look forward to reaching another peak of my life with Next Jump‘s and everyone’s help.
