受麻州萨福克郡地区检察署(SCDAO)委托，SCDAO的社区参与和社区再投资委员会委员俞国梁负责组建, 由新英格兰华人联盟（NECAA)理事秦立新担任领队暨教练, 短短二周之内，火速建队成军, 成立“NECAA Dragon 龙之队”，参加一年一度的“篮球为和平”比赛，这是该比赛成立15年以来，第一次有华裔球队参加比赛!

The successful completion of the 2023 Asia-Pacific Festival was celebrated with the presence of key dignitaries such as Mayor Michelle Wu, City Council President Ed Flynn, State auditor Diana Dizoglio, and other state and city officials.
